Web publishing, also known as content authoring, is the process of creating and managing website content using a Content Management System (CMS). Popular platforms include WordPress, Webflow, Sitecore, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Pages are built from pre-designed components such as image galleries, text blocks, and contact forms, with content — including text, images, videos, and code — added to bring them to life.
